Sponsorship and exhibition opportunities

Your BPC 2009 exhibition options

A lively exhibition will run alongside both conferences from 6th to 9th September in the purpose built exhibition halls of Manchester Central. The exhibition will feature stands and demonstrations of interest to scientists and practitioners alike, to provide a wealth of information and new ideas. The conference exhibition will provide a one-stop shop for all those wanting to learn about the latest developments in their field and to network with colleagues from home and abroad.

The BPC 2009 exhibition will run from Sunday to Wednesday, and we propose to offer exhibition space in the following way:

2 days (Sunday, Monday) = £255 + vat per square metre
2 days (Tuesday, Wednesday) = £255 + vat per square metre
3/4 days (Sunday - Wednesday or Monday – Wednesday*) for the price of 3 currently = £295 + vat per square metre

A range of excellent discounts for NHS Trusts, PCTs, academic institutions, charities and community interest company interest company (CICs) will also apply. For further information contact Chris Hanney.

A 10% early bird discount will also apply to bookings for exhibition space until 31st March 2009

Choosing your days to exhibit at BPC 2009
The idea is that if you are primarily interested in networking with community, PCT or NHS Trust pharmacists then you would exhibit on Sunday & Monday and if you are mostly interested in meeting with pharmaceutical scientists and pharmacists working in industry and academia, you would choose Tuesday & Wednesday. If are interested in engaging with all pharmacy and pharmaceutical science stakeholders, then you may exhibit for all four days or Monday – Wednesday*.

*If you wish to exhibit Monday to Wednesday, you would need to set up on Sunday evening once the exhibition has closed for the day, but your shell scheme will have been built on Saturday. For Monday-Wednesday, select the full four-day option on the online booking form.

The exhibition package includes:

Shell scheme stand (frame, fascia, Velcro-compatible wall poster boards, power and lighting)
2-4 sets of catering vouchers per day for exhibition staff, depending on stand size
100-word entry in the show guide
One free conference registration – an innovation at BPC 2009
